    ÁgoraTech was born with a clear purpose: to bring the hospitality sector closer to technological innovation, creating a space where real market needs and cutting-edge solutions could meet face-to-face. In an increasingly digitalized world, where conversations often happen through screens, we felt the need to return to the essentials: connecting people. That is why this first edition was not just an event, but an experience designed to foster human relationships, generate real opportunities, and spark meaningful collaborations in a relaxed yet highly professional environment.

    Over the course of two intense days, more than 200 hospitality professionals from across the Iberian Peninsula—including representatives from hotel chains and technology providers—came together in a carefully designed format.

    The gathering opened with an inspiring keynote by expert Enrique Dans on the impact of artificial intelligence in hospitality. This was followed by Gold Sponsors’ elevator pitches and the first round of 1-to-1 meetings, which generated valuable business opportunities. The day concluded with an elegant wine tasting, live music, and a gala dinner that highlighted the relational spirit of the event.

    The second day began with an outdoor sports activity, followed by a second block of meetings and a dynamic networking session through an original cocktail-making masterclass in competition format. A standing lunch brought this energy-filled edition to a close—an edition defined by innovation, collaboration, and authentic connections.

However, the contracting of a specific reservation will be subject to the specific terms and conditions established for each case. Likewise, THE USER agrees to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of purchase set by any hotel entity THE USER chooses to contract with, including, but not limited to, payment of any amounts due and compliance with any rules and restrictions regarding rate availability, products, or services. If there are special rules or restrictions affecting certain rates, products, or services selected by THE USER, these will be highlighted on the screen before proceeding with the reservation. To initiate the contracting process, THE USER must meet the following preliminary requirements, which are not considered part of the contracting process: Search for one or more services using the search function provided by ÁGORATECH on THE PAGE and select the product(s) or service(s) of interest. Accept these General Conditions, which are provided before starting the contracting process and available for download and printing on THE PAGE. Acceptance will be made by clicking a checkbox with the text “I have read and accept the purchase conditions.”



      CONTRACTING PROCEDURE

      The contracting of services through THE PAGE will be based on the following process: Upon accepting these General Conditions and selecting the service, THE USER will access a page where they will be asked to enter the personal details of the beneficiary of the reservation. All collected data will be processed according to THE PAGE's Privacy Policy. Next, payment details will be required, exclusively via credit card and through the established payment gateway for the selected service. Similarly, the collected data will be processed according to THE PAGE's Privacy Policy. The reservation made by THE USER will be subject to the specific terms and conditions set by the providers or organizers of such products or services, as outlined in the next clause. THE USER also agrees to accept and adhere to these reservation terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, compliance with any rules and restrictions regarding rate availability, products, or services. THE USER will give consent by clicking the “Complete Purchase” button located at the bottom of the page where payment details are requested. This confirmation will be sent electronically to ÁGORATECH, which will store and preserve it to ensure the process. Confirmation of the purchase by the service provider will imply the finalization of the contract and the client's commitment to the established amounts. Upon providing consent, a confirmation page will appear on the screen, and the client will receive an email with the relevant information.



      SPECIAL CONDITIONS

      The specific conditions of each service, including but not limited to price, modifications, cancellations, and other aspects not covered in these General Conditions, will be governed by the relevant service providers' terms, which may be modified. ÁGORATECH, as a mere intermediary, assumes no obligation or responsibility for these modifications. Such Specific Conditions will be considered accepted as per the previous clause. If these specific conditions do not allow for changes or cancellations by the client, the client will not be entitled to a refund of the reservation amount paid to ÁGORATECH.



      ÁGORATECH'S OBLIGATIONS

      ÁGORATECH is obliged to:

      1. Make the utmost efforts to complete the necessary procedures for THE USER to acquire the contracted service through THE PAGE.

      2. Provide THE USER with the documents necessary for enjoying the contracted service.

      3. Comply with other obligations outlined in these General Conditions and the Specific Conditions mentioned in Clause Five.



      USER'S OBLIGATIONS

      THE USER is obliged to:

      - Pay the corresponding amounts, including taxes and fees.

      - Personally ensure the authenticity of the provided data and its correspondence with their identity when giving consent and making payment.

      - Assume any responsibility arising from not having the required documentation to enjoy the contracted service, including those related to border access to third countries.

      - Comply with other obligations outlined in these General Conditions and the Specific Conditions mentioned in Clause Five.



      RESPONSIBILITIES

      Both parties acknowledge that ÁGORATECH, as a mere intermediary between service providers and THE USER, is only responsible to THE USER as specified by applicable travel agency laws. They also acknowledge that ÁGORATECH cannot guarantee absolute continuity of service or the absence of computer viruses in services provided through its network that could alter programs or documents stored in its information systems, although ÁGORATECH will make the best efforts to prevent such occurrences. ÁGORATECH will not be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or truthfulness of information such as schedules, prices, and other relevant details provided through the website by its suppliers, nor for any non-compliance or defective compliance by the suppliers with current regulations and the terms and conditions of each reservation made through THE PAGE. If force majeure causes (including, but not limited to, political, economic, or security disturbances) result in deficiencies in reservations, confirmations, and/or execution of any travel or services contracted through ÁGORATECH, and such circumstances are not foreseeable or solvable by ÁGORATECH, or if it becomes impossible to fulfill any agreed services, the client waives any claims against ÁGORATECH and/or the ÁGORATECH group companies, whether currently existing or future, for such deficiencies or breaches, unless there is a proven lack of professional diligence on ÁGORATECH's part.



      IMPOSSIBILITY OF MANUAL SIGNATURE

      Due to the special nature of remote contracting, THE USER acknowledges the impossibility of signing a payment slip, traditionally used to confirm a transaction. Therefore, THE USER waives the need for a signature for any electronic transactions resulting from reservations made through THE PAGE, expressing their agreement through the procedure outlined in Clause Four of these General Terms of Contract.



      ERROR CORRECTION

      ÁGORATECH provides customers with the email address contacto@agoratechhub.com for reporting errors in data entry during the contracting process. THE USER will have 24 hours from the confirmation of purchase to contact ÁGORATECH for this purpose.



      MODIFICATION

      ÁGORATECH may unilaterally modify these General Conditions at any time as deemed necessary and introduce new clauses. These changes must be announced on THE PAGE's homepage with two (2) weeks' notice and will not affect contractual relationships established before the modifications.



      DATA PROTECTION

      Any data processing resulting from the execution and compliance with these General Conditions will be governed by the Privacy Policy available to the customer on THE PAGE and will be considered an integral part of these Conditions.



      SEVERABILITY

      The invalidity of any clause of these General Conditions by a competent authority will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. In such cases, ÁGORATECH will draft a new clause to replace the invalid one as closely as possible. If replacement is impossible and the clause is essential to the Contract, the affected party may choose to terminate the Contract.



      FINALITY

      JURISDICTION. Both parties, expressly waiving any jurisdiction that might apply, agree to submit to the Jurisdiction and Competence of the courts in the customer's place of residence. Our website does not constitute and cannot be seen as a recommendation or promotion of the quality, service level, or classification of a hotel. The star rating of hotels, done according to international conventions, provides non-binding information about the hotel's category. The classification used by ÁGORATECH is based on the hotel's self-assessment, verified by ÁGORATECH using its own evaluation system, and customer experiences. Additional information and descriptions of hotels are also based on information provided by the hotel itself.

      DATA PROTECTION

      As a result of browsing the website and completing the web forms, the user agrees that the personal data they provide or that is provided in the future through this service will be processed in personal data files of ÁGORATECH, including the collection of access data and the use of cookies and functions provided by third parties.

      Purpose of Processing, Legal Basis, and Recipients of Information. The data is used to:

      1. To allow the website to function and provide access to areas for registered users.

      2. To register and respond to user requests made through the web forms (contact, etc).

      3. To provide and manage ÁGORATECH services, handle reservations, and process payments through group or linked websites, call centers, GSM, GPRS, or UMTS communication systems; manage incidents and complaints.

      4. To subscribe to ÁGORATECH newsletters, send advertising and other commercial promotions via email, SMS, MMS, or any other similar medium.

      • Legal Basis: Existence of a prior contractual relationship; consent.

      • Purpose: To conduct quality surveys.

      • Legal Basis: Part of the execution of the contract or service provision.
